Some of these records are held through this website: before a scene is shot, the producer enters the performer's legal name and files a government-issued photo ID together with a signed 2257 form. Those documents are encrypted before they are stored, are readable only by that producer, and every time one is opened the access is logged.

Records relating to a depiction that has been published are retained and are not removed when an account is closed.

Records for depictions made before this facility existed are held by the producer directly. However a record was obtained, the custodian named above is where a request for it should be directed.

Material appearing on this website that does not portray actual sexually explicit conduct — including promotional imagery, thumbnails, cover art and free preview material — is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R.
