TheVRHouse

Copyright and DMCA

Effective 24 August 2026

If you own a copyright and you believe something on this website infringes it, tell us and we will look at it. This page is for that claim and nothing else.

What this website is

TheVRHouse is a single producer's storefront. Every scene in this catalog is produced by the operator of this website — nothing here was uploaded or submitted by a user, so a copyright claim about this site is a claim about our own work rather than about something a third party put here.

Sending a claim

Write to us through our contact form, with Copyright in the subject line. Include:

  • the work you say has been infringed, identified clearly enough for us to find it;
  • what on this website infringes it, with the address of the page it is on;
  • your name and a way to reach you;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law;
  • a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them;
  • your signature — an electronic one is fine.

A claim missing the last three is not something we can act on, so it is worth the extra minute — we will come back and ask otherwise.

What happens after you send it

We review a claim within five business days and reply with what we decided. If the claim holds up, the material comes down within that time.

When a scene comes down it is withdrawn from the store, and the access of anyone who bought it is revoked. What no website can do is reach a copy someone already downloaded to their own device.

Claims made in bad faith

A notice is a sworn statement. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing is liable for the damages that misrepresentation causes, including our costs and legal fees. We read the claims we receive, and we answer the ones that are wrong as readily as we act on the ones that are right.

What this route is not for

Reports of non-consensual imagery, personal information, or otherwise abusive or illegal content go somewhere else and are handled on a different timetable — see content removal.

Business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
