TheVRHouse

Content removal request

Effective 24 August 2026

TheVRHouse does not tolerate abusive or illegal material. Every removal request is read and acted on by a person, and this page sets out how to make one and what happens after you do.

What to report here

Use this route if you believe content on this website is:

  • a non-consensual production or distribution of your image;
  • content that reveals personally identifiable information;
  • otherwise abusive or illegal content.

What this route is not for

Copyright and other intellectual-property claims follow a different track, with its own requirements and its own page — see copyright and DMCA.

How to report it

Write to us through our contact form, with Content removal in the subject line. It is the one channel that reaches us, and a message sent through it is read by a person.

So that the first reply is not a request for the basics, tell us:

  • the address of the page the content is on;
  • what is wrong with it, in your own words;
  • if it is your image, enough for us to recognise you in it;
  • a way to reach you for follow-up.

What happens after you ask

We investigate a report within five business days. If the investigation shows that the content is illegal, abusive, or in breach of our standards, it comes down within that time, and a final determination is communicated to you inside the same five days.

Content reported as non-consensual is taken down straight away while we verify consent. If valid consent cannot be verified, it stays down.

If you have questions, or you want to appeal a decision, reply through the same channel and the same person will answer.

What “removed” means here

When a scene comes down it is withdrawn from the store, and the access of anyone who bought it is revoked — it stops streaming and stops downloading for them too, not only for new visitors.

What no website can do is reach a copy that somebody already downloaded to their own device. Everything within our reach comes down; we will not tell you that a file already on someone's disk has been recalled, because it has not.

Business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
